Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have not received your order. In our call on 29th December we advised we needed to allow 10 working days as this was the period Royal Mail required before they declare a parcel as lost. As your order has still not arrived and you have re ordered, we will provide a full refund for your payment of this order.
