Happy to renew (for 20th year)

Very helpful when phoned. Easy to agree to renewal price. Didn't feel that as an established customer I wasn't considered important (ie new customers given massive discounts).

Disappointed

Didn't receive the renewal notice, nor did several others on our site. Could so easily have not had any insurance cover.
