Arrived promptly, good communication

Difficult to comment, as order still not received. Any idea when it may arrive? Is there any way to track the order - presumably not, or you wouldn't be asking me to comment on your service! I think...

Service from Cliftons is always excellent, however this time I was deeply disappointed with their mail carrier who provided appalling service and lack of responsiveness.

Great product and very quick delivery.

Would have been better if they had kept me informed of when my deliveries were going to turn up, rather than me having to chase - twice.

Always a great response to orders, and importantly, resolution of problems (only one I hasten to add!).
