phoned after wk of ordering to organise delivery date suitable for me rather than just sending it and having it returned if not in. estimated on website was 2-4 wks so impressed.

Thank you for your comments. The Pink and Blue Play Tents still have the wire and hook feature, but the new Pirate version has been manufactured with the Velcro. I will pass these comments to the supplier, Steens.
