Dear Sir, The original machine you purchased was £199 and as this was unavailable we offered you an alternative which was at virtually cost price. This was a very special offer and you agreed to the upgrade. You were also given the option to cancel for an immediate refund. Good product at competitive price. Waited in all day for delivery but it didn't arrive. When lawnmower arrived the scarrifier which was also ordered was the wrong size and had to be sent back
