Thanks for providing this feedback of your experience Ian. When you input your vehicle information on our website the quote generated clearly states that it is conditional to the car being complete and intact. Partially dismantled vehicles present much lower returns when re-marketed to the trade who purchase and repair said vehicles through our online salvage auction platform. Furthermore, your quote was reduced as the actual mileage vs what was provided in the quote was much higher. A car with higher mileage will have a lower trade value upon which the quote is benchmarked. We truly appreciate your frustrations however the original quote was based on incorrect information. We collect 150+ vehicles daily across the country and pay the best prices around.
