Don't shop here

Found the office chair online, it said it was in stock and as I needed quickly I thought it would be sent out immediately. No such luck. After a week I started chasing it up, emails went...

Please accept our apologies for this. I can see that you were emailed and also called to advise that the chair was waiting for stock to arrive and that the delivery would be 3-5 days, we have since advised that we would be happy to have the chair returned but understand that you cannot be bothered, again please accept my apologies.
