Thank you for your feedback. Sadly due to the size of this product we are unable to send via courier and our supplier has only certain days that they deliver to particular areas in the country. Please accept my apologies re the instructions as these should have been inside the packaging but as soon as you advised us we emailed over a PDF of the instructions. Jamie Welch

Ordered chair and was out of stock, waiting on new shipment. Took a little longer…

Ordered chair and was out of stock, waiting on new shipment. Took a little longer than anticipated for delivery but I had been offered alternatives, so ultimately my choice.
