The box it came with was badly packed, scratched, open in one side which resulted to very minor scratches on the chair's base.

Please accept our apologies for this as this had not been reported to us that this arrived ion this condition. We are more than happy to send a new base out for you to remedy the problem and will be taking this up with the couriers as this is not how we dispatch the products.
On a positive note I am pleased that you are happy with the chair.

Would use the company again - pleased with service.
Service good, just a pity that the person who called me to arrange a chrome metal bar chair and not a black metal bar chair did not advice me on the quality of this chair.

Good Morning I would firstly like to apologise for this as we have not received you email and would have acted on this immediately. Having called you this morning I can confirm that we are going to send new parts that will remedy the problem for you as well as a longer gas strut as to increase the seat height and adding to the comfort of the chair for your height. We will supply the gas strut free of charge for you.
