Ordered the chair and paid extra for adjustable arms. The arms finally arrived today - just a few months after the original order ! Not ideal, but at least the chair came with basic arms so I managed...

Good Morning and thank you for your review. My apologies on the arms as we did advise from the start of the order that we were out of stock of the arm and the lead time would be long and we happy to supply the other arms FOC to tie you over. We were in the hands of shippers so did not have updates as the boat was on the water.

Hadn't noticed the vat need to be added until the final page which is annoying but everything went through ok, quick delivery and no damages.

HI There the delivery time is simply as it was upholstered in your choice of fabric and this process just takes that little bit longer. I am very happy that you can already feel the benefits of this comfortable Cairo Plus chair.
