Very efficient service. The chair was delivered a day earlier than the range given. Web site was good - easy to navigate and gave good pics and descriptions of the chairs.

Excellent service speedy delivery and very accurate description Price was excellent value for money.
There was an issue with my order (I missed and email) but after one call it was resolved there and then and my chair was with me the following day exactly as described.
Placed the order for 'Next Day Delivery' and was delivered as promised. Excellent service and communication.

But suggest products are inspected for damage before delivery as returning a conference chair was very strenuous i.e.exchanging packaging. I am 84yrs.

Thank you for your email and I am sorry that the courier had managed to damage the chair. It was unfortunate that you had disposed of all the packaging so had no packaging to return the chair but hope by us sending a box out to you to put the damaged one in that this helped. I am pleased that the other chair was ok.
