Thank you for your review. I do not know what to say really. We sell lots of these chairs without issue and then when calling to arrange collection we have been advised that you do not want to return the chair. Please come back to us if you would like us to sort for you.

Was some confusion initially over whether the order had been placed, I wasn't informed that payment hadn't been taken and had to call the office to check. But other than that, everything went well.
