Overall good

It wold have been nice to speak with a representative rather than just receive an email to tell me that my policy would be renewed, and I was quoted a higher price until I called and had the price of...

HI Andrew,

Thanks for the review. We do send a couple of emails out prior to renewal with costs and contact details on there to discuss the renewal should you wish. I will switch the auto renew off for next year and certainly ensure you are contacted by phone to discuss thjis first.
