Thank you for taking the time to review our service, and sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't in line with what we aim to provide here at TonerGiant.
I can see from the case you have on our system, that the tracking was updated by UPS on the 5th September that they were unable to find the address provided, but didn't contact us to get any further delivery instructions and in turn returned the goods to us.
I can see this has now been refunded to you in full, so when a new order is required, please feel free to give us a call, and I can pass on detailed delivery instructions to the courier, or if stock if available in another location, ensure a different courier is used for any future orders.
