I ordered over the telephone but have bought from Carters before and they were so helpful I didnt hesitate to use them again

The lady was very helpful and efficient. I felt that she was happy to sell me what I wanted and she understood what I was looking for very well

The salesman was very helpful except he told me that it was heavy to carry but not heavy to use which for me was not true .If I could have tried it I wouldn’t have bought it .
