Very friendly but confusing in that a picture is better than 1,000 words and of course we will have to visit the facilities. We were treated respectfully and encouraged to continue our search.

I never contacted Caring.com, but felt ambushed because I searched a facility online. Somehow, caring.com intercepted my search and placed my information on every facility within a 25 mile radius...
