I'll be passing this review onto our Sales Director who will talk to the individual sales person that you dealt with to get a further understanding of the issues involved.
Our website does not state that we don't charge fees and we do charge a small data check fee which covers the cost of the credit check we have to carry out, the dealer check we have to perform and the checks on the car before we send it in to the lender.
As this has clearly not been explained properly we apologise sincerely and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future to remedy your past experience.

Carfinance had a chance to repair their error and even pushed it to the point of threats of legal action if I could not prove I had been charged. Proof was sent and then car finance went quiet. Still waiting for the apology and refund.

Firstly, let me apologise if you received a call from ACF. Data only gets sent to ACF (our partner) when we can't help an individual ourselves so i'll have to check on what has happened!
Secondly, apologise for the wait at the dealership. We physically cannot send funds until we have received them from Hitachi. Sometimes delays can happen which are out of our control but we should have managed your expectations better.
Lastly, regarding your first payment date with Hitachi. They should have called you to discuss this. This isn't a stage that we get involved in and if you want your payment date changing you'll have to discuss this directly with them.
Apologies again and i hope that you'll give us another opportunity to repay your faith in our business in the future.
