Although the card factory shop is local to me, I am Disabled and can’t get out to the shop without me going on my Mobility Scooter and can’t get into the shop itself.

There were problems with my order when it arrived due to Postal service and my item was damaged. Card Factory sent replacement promptly at no extra cost. Excellent service.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry this item was slow to arrive to you. I can see it was sent with Royal Mail 24 so we would have expected it to be with you within a couple of working days. These delivery times are only estimations as we cannot account for delays with Royal Mail unfortunately. Due to length of the delivery and any inconvenience this may have caused i have refunded your postage charge. I hope you chose to order with us again in the future :)
