I apologise for the inconvenience and number of calls required to confirm your booking. I note from your booking details that this particular break does require us to submitt additional information to Fred Olsen than would not be the norm with a standard booking.

The accommodation poor would have preferred to stay in Liverpool overnight.
Driver great, tour ok, accommodation could have been better.

Thank you for your feedback. In terms of the accommodation if we had placed in Liverpool itself the cost of your specific break may well have meant the selling price would have been double, hence the decision the we place outside the city centre at a more sensible and achievable cost.
