Very straightforward. Pleasant person on phone.
Telephone service very good. I'll know better if it is all accurate when I have been trip. But have used Caledonian before and have not been disappointed.

A long trip but worth the visit!!
This trip was handled expertly and a very competent driver made sure everything slotted together to make an enjoyable holiday at an unbelievably excellent price.

Whenever I have come into Caledonian Travel I have had excellent customer service. However on this occasion I felt as if I was an inconvenience and was rushed through the booking to Pitlochry Hydro....
