Difficulty paying on line.
Had difficulty getting your on line booking system to accept payment so had to phone to book. Member of staff was very helpful and efficient.

It was easy to book our trip online
It was easy to book our trip online, we have enjoyed our previous holidays with Caledonian Travel, my only gripe is that I expected a email with confirmation of my booking.
