Kept me informed as to the status of my order, ie date of receipt of order and date of despatch. The item was fragile and it was extremely well packed.
Print was described as being “in a brush black frame and mounted in a white mount, strung and ready to hang”. In reality the print arrived unframed, simply rolled up in a cardboard tube.
