Excellent product and service from the Walton team.

The service I received was excellent and very responsive. I had a small problem with the roof felt which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Cheap and low quality

Driver friendly and poor guy working alone and in the advert it says no help needed. Well we did rather than watch him struggle.

Poor service

Lorry delivering shed broke down and had to wait another 3 days. I only found out because I had to call the company as I didn’t receive a text. I don’t think the reason was genuine.

Disgusting service and no human being customer follow up

Disgusting as no follow-up telephone feedback despite asking for a human being to call me back when thingswentwrong. They use an impersonal on line portal.
