Okay except for the delivery when the driver said that he wasn't allowed to come on my property. There was no where else to put the bits so he agreed to put them in my garage.

Unfortunately, we are a kerbside delivery service. This means our drivers aren't allowed to go into, or through, customer's properties and the item is to be delivered at the front of the property.
We do apologise this wasn't made clear before your delivery, so we will definitely have a look at this!
