No direct experience
This is a bit odd the only contact with Businesscomparison was an acknolagement email. I was contacted later by Thinkbusiness who were extremely helpful.

I was dealt with well in terms of the online service but then I was hold for over an hour to deal with the debit card, I had to put the phone down in the end due to me having a 1 year old to take...
