Appalling service, specific instructions were given re delivery and then ignored by BSO and to add insult to injury a heavy charge was made because of this and furthermore I was made to wait 30 days...

We are sorry that you feel the service was poor. However we were unable to leave your item in a post box as requested due to the value and size of the goods.
I have checked, and you have been refunded on the 30th Jan. As you only purchased the product on the 16th of Jan I am not sure why you thought it took 30 days. If your refund is still not showing please do not hesitate in contacting us.
