By sending the correct roll of roofing felt. I clearly ordered 2 x 10 metre rolls and I have been delivered 2 x 8m rolls

Need a definite date for delivery put my order in on the 30th of October never heard anything since so it could be weeks yet poor very poor not happy at all.

Website claims 1-3 days, 12 days later company has no idea where items are.
