It is a great tool that I have saved hours with. Being able to download the calculations from the lenders is superb and is great from a compliance aspect. Right click > save>Done.

The site is great, very easy to use. BTL Affordability Calculator makes sourcing so easy.

Really useful bit of kit. Love how it links through to the actual calculator that the site has submitted, loads more lenders on there than other providers. Really good.
