I could not get on to the website. Apparently my post code wasn’t acceptable. It is real! Had to talk to a real human being-Chris- who was excellent. Holiday booked.

Cancelled my holiday and told me to rebook due to corona then charged me double despite and email stating no extra charges. They refused to alter the price.

The website works well and it was easy to book but there isn't enough information on the caravans. We need a pet and smoke free accommodation but this option has been missed from the booking site.
