Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear that you were impressed with our service. However, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of your accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this does not appear to have been the case on this occasion. We will forward your feedback. If you would like to provide us with more information regarding this matter, please email: tell-us-more@breakfreeholidays.co.uk BreakFree Holidays
