Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you did not receive an e-mail from us notifying you of your order being despatched, sometimes these e-mails can go into a 'junk mail' folder so we do always ask our customers to check there as well as their inbox. We do state on our website that standard delivery takes 5 - 7 working days but i apologise if you expected your delivery to arrive sooner and i hope that no inconvenience was caused. I had to send the item back as because of ill health I could not use…

I had to send the item back as because of ill health I could not use the pond liner I sent for . The people at Bradshaws were very sympathetic & said "just send it back & we will refund your money....
