The appointment was not relayed to the salon, meaning I left to attend my appointment 10 minutes before I was due in to find out the appointment didn't exist and the salon was fully booked.
Booked last minute apt whilst working in London so not my usual salon. Excellent location and Ian was very helpful in deciding on the cut. Friendly staff. would recommend.
