My mistake, but do get fed up with these feedbacks every time I order the product
The royal mail website says that my package had arrived but I have not received it yet. Have mistakenly pressed the 'This issue has been resolved' button - it has not.

Matt was very efficient in helping rearranging another package. I have now received the product.
I've ordered and paid for 2 x 250g loose hemp tea worth £100, received only 2 x 21g loose tea, worth £19.98. I've sent several messages, including pictures, but I'm still waiting for a reply. I hope...
