Thank you for your rating and review. I am very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced. We do regularly review our policies, and the guidance around blood donation has been updated as it can take time for your levels to return to normal, meaning results on the day may not accurately reflect your usual health. I appreciate that this was not clearly communicated beforehand, and I apologise for that.
I am also sorry for the mixed messages you received regarding attendance and the delay in your results being made available. Our system can sometimes require additional updates when an appointment is only partially completed, and we are working to improve this process to make it quicker and clearer. I am glad you were eventually able to access your results online, but I understand the frustration caused along the way.
