I found the screening process thorough and the results very reassuring.

Telephone service very good

I did not think the lady doing the test was very professional I did not like her attitude.

Convenient local venue for appointment. Staff friendly and explained everything clearly.

Fast and efficient, but question value for money aspect. Glad that my work paid the bill.

Very good

GOOD FEED BACK ON THE WHOLE BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME BASIC ADVISE ON HOW TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES RAISED.

When we signed up we were not informed of the extra tests that were available but were charged for . We unfortunately not aware . I will use the screening again but hope you will be more up front on...

Was very impressed with the range of tests and the detailed report that followed.

On time, organised,
