The products took some time to arrive, I assume this was due to the time of year.
Had an issue with the Paypay transaction which didn't seem to make sense.

pen arrived promply and in good condition, very pleased
The goods took a long time to come, but that was the fault of the postal service (and the snow). Goods well packed, and each item in a zipped poly bag, which kept the paper dry.
I have not yet received the products. But I am sure this is due to snow delays.

I am sorry this order has been delayed but this service rating is directly due to Royal Mail (and the snow) as the order was posted within 24hours of receipt. If Royal Mail have lost it completely then let me know and I will send a replacement.

Automatic Pen No1 (1/16") is back in stock. The manufacturer had a manufacturing problem in December which left us out of stock for several weeks.
