The ink was posted in within two days of being ordered. However due to the need for new glasses and some mental impairment due to my advancing years I addressed the parcel to No 3 instead of No 5. I will correct this and ensure a replacement is sent - with apologies.

John immediately re-checked my order and e-mailed me as soon as he found the mistake in the addrress. Next morning I called next door (a block of apartments) and found my order sitting on the hall table. John did all he could do sort things out.
Most unusual... Perhaps the one you received had a faulty cap or something. I will send you a replacement which will hopefully be more satisfactory.
