Ordering. and delivery was first class. However as the colour was not right and I’ve had to return the throw.
I will use you again as I was impressed by the service.
With thanks Jennifer Wild
Simple ordering process, delivery arrived in expected time outlined. Is a gift so unable to comment on the product, but it is on their wish list so must be good!
Items arrived as promised. I always love their selection of good quality really stylish products. I have purchased before and will do so again. Highly recommend.
Great customer service, good communication and fast despatch. Purchased a wool throw that is exactly as described and well packaged for a safe delivery. Very happy and would recommend Black by Design.
I would certainly recommend Black by Design. It was my first time purchasing from them. I could easily track the progress of my items and the service was fast and efficient
