I placed order one day, received a text to say when to expect delivery and parcel arrived next day exactly as stated. Excellent service and very pleased with product.
Would certainly use Black by Design again. Customer service were quick and very helpful and then I received my order within a few days. Love my throw and really glad to have found BBD. Lovely shop.
Super service. Quick turn around. Advised on Monday morning of delivery slot(1hour) that day. Actual delivery time was in middle of that slot. Very impressive for City of London location currently...
