I'm sorry to hear that you think your purchased item was not described well enough
We endeavour to provide as much detail as possible when describing all items on our website
I would also say that there is a video of the product on the webpage which shows how to put together the shade, so I'm not sure what else we can do to describe the shade

Jerry Shields說了有關 Black By Design LTD:
Very disappointed. I purchased the Vase for my Daughters Birthday which was the 20th Jan. Its now the 26th Jan and no sign of it.
Ordered a kitchen item, I was very impressed with free delivery.
Arrived very quickly, packaged well. I would recommend Black By Design and shop from them again.
