Fast and polite!

Called twice for specific advice. Calls were handled in a friendly and knowledgable manner.

I phoned late, but they still dealt with my call well and didn't try to rush it.

Very straight forward to deal with

Really easy to understand what the cover provides, and importantly doesn't. Written in plain English, rather than legal-speak! Not had to make a claim, but so far it's been good.

Website very easy to use and mails answered very quickly and helpfully.

Simple to apply for and good information provided at all stages.

I contacted the office directly as I was experiencing problems on-line, the process was far quicker and easier, thank you.

Very helpful chap on the telephone, answered my question throughly, and didn't seem at all rushed.

Clear detail, prompt response to questions. Only issue is that upon first access the website was not very clear to navigate.
