However, I was accussed of stealing a bath mat and had to pay £18 out of my deposit. The accommadation is very nice but expensive and I hardly think anyone paying your prices would steal a bath mat....

Could not fault - very helpful, accommodating staff
No follow up to the note we left in the property on leaving. First time any follow-up on our stay was the request for feedback more than 3 months after our stay.
