I was advised that the Bristol Milk stout would be included in the "Award Winning" hamper. But to my dissappointment it was not there, this was the main reason behind the purchase.

I'm so sorry your preferred beer wasn't included. Due to the nature of microbreweries we cannot always guarantee a particular beer will be in stock. We endeavour to always supply the beers listed in the contents of a case, however,sometimes need to make substitutions.
I do hope you enjoyed the other beers though
