I find ordering very easy and returning empty kegs too. I like the beer tokens you can accumulate to be redeemed in beer and all the multi keg, short date and promotional offers.

Quality product, with superb support. Lots of deals and offers which sometimes include free merchandise.

Everything has been great except the return process of the empty kegs, home collection never turned up. Try rebooking on 3 occasions and never came to collect.
