Hi, we never send out damaged packaging so this must have been damaged by the couriers. We apologise for any inconvenience and I will be contacting the courier company to ensure they take appropriate care of our deliveries. We don't print receipts as we are working towards a paperless office in line with our environmental policy. The receipt is sent digitally and we can print one upon request.
