Hi,
I got your feedback and sincere apologies for the issue with the chat. I have been looking into this with the support team and for some reason, your emails are not appearing in the list.
This is very concerning for us and there are 2 possible reasons for this; your email got put into the spam folder or, if there was an issue with the chat, both are rare occurrences and I am investigating further as I need to know what happened.
I can only apologise for the issue you experienced and I would like to assure you that we take our customer service very seriously. We respond to all of our customers as we understand that these products can often be vital and we have specific procedures in place to ensure this happens.
I am fully investigating the issue to find out what happened and I can only apologise again for any inconvenience.
