Very good products delivered in time well packaged, would like to see website improved in searching products available though its a bit clumsy at present to other websites.

I'm very sorry you had to wait so long for your order, as it was placed during the evening of the 5th we didn't actually receive it until the 6th. It was then despatched the following day by first class post so I'm not sure why the delivery took so long.
Many of our items are handmade to order and then shipped, so items can unfortunately be unavailable for some time. We really do try to keep sensible stock levels but with over 3,000 lines it's impossible to keep all of them in stock at all times I'm afraid.
