I have waited at least 3 weeks before I heard back re my insurance was told they didn't have all the documents and I had to chase agent whose explanation was very poor

If these are not competitive to you, you have until the renewal date to change your mind, or we look to match or discount the policy, which for this term has resulted in the £25.00, as you have described.
