I was dreading the training but was pleasantly surprised. the instuctor was very effective in linking what can be a very dry subject to why and how the industry is as it is. Excellent job.

Training was good, but I think coould be more extensive as the majority of the attendees are directly effected. Maybe increase by one day and allow for more discussion regarding real time situations.
