Hi, Thank you for your review. We have checked your order and would like to clarify what has happened with the delivery. Your order was dispatched by us on 28th August via DPD. Since dispatch, the delivery has been rearranged twice through DPD using the customer delivery options, and it is currently scheduled for delivery on Friday 4th September, as requested: “As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Fri 04 September 2026.” Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed to DPD, we have no control over delivery changes subsequently requested through their system. These changes require access to the contact details associated with the delivery, and DPD also sends a PIN directly to the recipient. Tracking confirms that your parcel is already with DPD at the delivery depot awaiting the rearranged delivery date. We would also like to clarify that we do not ship orders with Evri. We sent you a dispatch confirmation containing your DPD tracking information, so any communication you have received from Evri is not connected with this order or Back to the Office. We’re therefore disappointed that a 1-star review has been left without contacting us by email or live chat first, particularly when the order was dispatched promptly, and the subsequent delivery date has been rearranged through DPD after it left us.
